What's on at Ewe Close Farm
Open Farm Sunday 11am - 6pm
7th June will see the second year Ewe Close has taken part in the national event. We will have all the usual farm activities and a few additional ones such as a mini hound trail.
Local Food Stalls
On sale will be Wardhall Dairy Cheese, Ewe Close meat, bread, preserves and plants & herbs.Barbeque (Ewe Close meat), cakes and refreshments will also be on sale.
Pony Care Days
August 29th, 30th and 31st 2009 - 'Pony Care Days' for budding equestrians.
If you would like to learn more about how to groom, tack and handle ponies and donkeys, why not come for a day on the farm to meet our Shetlands; Bonnie and Clyde and our 5 donkeys.
Bird Box Making
Most people think bird boxes are needed only for the nesting season.... but many birds need shelter on cold winter nights.
Come along for a day of making bird boxes, all equipment is provided (wood is from our own trees).
